Old School Customer Service for a High-Tech World
Founded by Eric and Heather Trichel. A little about us, we have been married almost twenty-three years and have six children together, three girls and three boys. We live on a small farm with all the normal farm animals and enjoy watching our kids run around and play.
We started Trichel Repair Services after working for a construction equipment dealership for many years and seeing the way customers were being overcharged and treated poorly. We wanted to give customers another option for repairs that did not involve high mileage trip charges and expensive hourly rates. With over twenty-four years of mechanical background, fourteen of which were for a construction equipment dealership, we felt like we had the necessary experience to take on the challenge. We will work on many assorted brands so we can help a wide range of customers with their repair needs. Our customers range from Quarry equipment to the local farmer and everything in between.
